There is no beating locally sourced, farm-fresh produce; you really can taste the difference. It’s what makes our Next Level dining experiences so special. We even go foraging in local woodlands once a week, in search of natures finest, freshest ingredients.
Our meat is free-range / grass fed and our fish is line caught. Never factory farmed, thats a promise.
